Kostüm is an new opened online store which is selling coloured lenses and in the future we will also have a selection of fancy dress costumes, wigs, hats, masks, make-up and themed accessories.

Is ordering from Kostüm safe?
Yes, absolutely. Our website is secured using PayPal in our shopping carts. PayPal consider security of your payment info to be a top priority and use the latest, most secure encryption to make sure your payment information stays yours. Your card details are not stored on our server. If you have any concerns over the security of your information or transaction, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Refunds/Exchange
We do not accept returns or exchanges on contact lenses due to hygienic reasons.

What marks of quality do your fashion lenses come with?
All lenses sold by us are CE approved for use in the UK & Europe.

What are the specifications of your cosmetic lenses?
The base curve of our contact lenses is 8.6 and the diameter is 14.2

Do I need to buy solution and lens case?
No because we are only selling one day contact lenses at the moment. Wear them once then throw them away. If you need extra solution you can dip the lens in to the package/case you took it out from.

Can I wear my lenses overnight?
No - never sleep in your lenses or prolong the use of lenses longer than is necessary. You can starve your eye of oxygen by doing this and cause damage. Always remember to take your lenses out before going to sleep.

How do I insert my lenses?

Please ensure that you read and follow all the instructions before attempting to wear.

• Wash and dry your hands thoroughly.
• Place eyewear onto the tip of your index finger ensuring that it has a natural bowl like shape.
• Hold your upper lid open with your other index finger, at the same time hold your lower lid open with the middle finger.
• Looking straight at your eye in the mirror, slowly and gently place the accessory on your eye.
• Carefully release your eyelids and blink.
• You can gently massage your eyelid to centre the accessory.

Safety Precaution Procedures/instructions recommended by your eye care practitioner & this guide must be followed at all times. Failure to do so may result in serious eye health problems.

- DO NOT wear for longer than intended period.

- DO NOT wear if they appear to be damaged.

- DO NOT share with anyone else.

- DO NOT let hair spray, cosmetic aerosols or any cosmetics come into contact with them.

- DO NOT participate in any water sports whilst wearing.

- ALWAYS remove before sleeping.

- ALWAYS put in before applying any make-up & take out before removing any make-up.

- ALWAYS remove immediately if your eyes get red or irritated, or if you have any discomfort or pain, and seek help from a qualified eyecare practitioner.

- You MUST NOT wear If you suffer from any of the following : Corneal dystrophies, Corneal ulcers, Inflammation of the cornea, e.g. keratitis, Inflammation of the eye, e.g. iritis, uveitis, Allergic eye conditions, any pre-existing eye condition.

- Our eyewear is suitable for healthy eyes (size 14.0mm diameter, madian base curve).

Siparişinizi verdiğiniz ve sipariş onayını aldığınız anda size bir e-posta gönderilir, sipariş kaydınız bize ulaşır ve 1-2 iş günü içerisinde siparişinizi alacaksınız.

Hayır, günlük lens sattığımız için ne kaba ne de solüsyona gerekiyor. Kullan - At. Eğer fazladan solüsyon gerekiyorsa lensi çıkardığnız kaba batırabilirsiniz.

Uyurken lens kullanabilir miyim?

Hayır, kesinlikle. Uyumadan önce lenslerinizi çıkartmayı unutmayın.

Lensler nasıl takılır?

Lütfen lensleri takmadan önce talimattları iyice okuyup uygulayın. Talimatlar her zaman takip edilmelidir. Aksi takdirde, ciddi göz sağlığı sorunlarına neden olabilir.

1. Ellerinizi yıkayın, durulayın ve kurutun.
2. Ambalajı açın.
3. Lensi inceleyin.
4. Lensinin içinin dışına dönmuş olup olmadığını kontrol edin.
5. Lensi gözünüze takın.
6. Yukarıdaki adımları diğer gözünüz için de tekrarlayın.

• Yönelinen süreden daha fazla TAKMAYIN.
• Lensler hasarlı görünüyorsa TAKMAYIN.
• Başkalarıyla PAYLAŞMAYIN.
• Saç spreyi, kozmetik aerosoller veya herhangi bir kozmetik lenslerle temasa GİRMESİN.
